Bringing greater value to the table

New apprentice plumbers are partnered with a qualified journeyman plumber. During their first year apprentices are taught basic plumbing math principles, Power tool safety, and plumbing fittings and materials. 

After Apprentices understand plumbing principles, they are taught the correct means and methods to efficiently install plumbing systems. During their second year, Apprentices learn how to solder, press, thread, and glue fittings. They also learn the proper methods to install hangers and assemble pipe and fittings. 

The third year of apprenticeship is focused on plan reading and understanding the plumbing and gas code. Giving apprentices more responsibility like, plan reviews, Scaling drawings for material take-offs, and laying out plumbing systems in the field encourages growth and confidence.

Fourth Year apprentices have to ability to work more independently. Although still under a journeyman plumber supervision, They are able to utilize all their training to perform and improve their trade skills to the standard of quality we set fourth. 

 We believe good leadership is imperative to handing over a quality system. A good leader in our eyes is hardworking, clear, personable, ethical, and shows good morals and values. Each construction project has a dedicated leadman. He or she is given the responsibility to lead their crews, coordinate with other trades, give safety talks, and ensure our plumbing systems are installed per our company standards. 

We believe the quality control plan set forth by us will ensure we deliver a quality plumbing system on time, every time. . Our quality control plan is made up of installation check lists to deliver per our standards. Additionally, we have phase inspection check lists to ensure our scope of work is completed prior to starting the next phase of the project.
